The Office of Legislative Audits makes presentations of audit findings and other information as requested by committees of the Maryland General Assembly at public hearings.
The presentations made during the Maryland General Assembly's ninety-day session are primarily presented either to all members of the Senate Budget and Taxation (SB&T) Committee and the House Appropriations (HA) Committee (full committee hearings) or to their subcommittees in conjunction with State agency budget hearings. The specific subcommittee hearing each presentation is identified in the presentation document.
OLA also makes presentations to committees of the Maryland General Assembly when it is not convened (Interim Session). The presentations are primarily made to OLA's oversight committee, the Joint Audit Committee.
